Instruction will include the areas of constructing, calculating, residential circuit installation, code application, NEC code book exam preparation and blueprint reading. Students will also study AC theory to learn how electricity works in our everyday use. The Industrial section will cover the following areas: industrial settings, reading/interpreting one-line diagrams, 24v DC systems and controls, low voltage wiring systems, control wiring and the different aspects of industrial construction related to the electrical field. Students will have hands-on training to fully understand how the concepts work. This hands-on training will also give students a significant boost in the electrical career field.
