Chair Yoga

In this yoga class, the only prop that is needed is a chair without arms that will be provided. We will explore various postures such as stretches, twists anf toher fundamental yoga movements, while mostly seated. This class is for everyone, although it is expecially for those who have limited knee mobility. FYI: Chair Yoga can be done while sitting in an office seat as well, during breaks and such. Mostly, this can be a fun way to get “gently” flexible
