The program will cover all areas of Basic Life Support including airway care, oxygen therapy, patient assessment, trauma, medical emergencies, obstetrics, disaster management, and other topics. A minumum of 154 lecture and practical hours, plus 80 hospital/ambulance clinical hours is required. Successful students will be eligible to sit for the National Registry Practical and Written exams. A score of 50 is required on the ATI - TEAS test assessment for admission. Students who are currently enrolled in an EMT or EMT Paramedic class are eligible to enroll in the Emergency Operator 3: Ambulance (CEV03) for FREE. Note: You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in this class.
