This class will teach you to fight, and survive, so you will be more prepared should you need it. This is a comprehensive class emphasizing personal defense, using fighting techniques from traditional martial arts.
NOTE: Students should wear loose fitting clothing. If you need to eat something before class, please eat something light, like a salad or an apple.
