Want to increase your strength and flexibility? Yoga focuses on all aspects of the person: physical, emotional, and mental to build strength and flexibility. This beginners yoga class will focus on learning 12-15 basic yoga postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation.
Note: Students should wear loose fitting clothing and bring a Yoga mat. If you need to eat something before class, please eat something light. Also, you must be at least 18 years of age to take this class.
